Are you curious?
Freisa was vinified especially in the sparkling version, or "moved". The result is a wine of easy access, easy to drink and undemanding, fairly close to type as Lambrusco or Bonarda. This choice stems from the fact that the Freisa, although genealogically a close relative of the more famous Nebbiolo, the grape Prince of Piedmont, has a significantly more pronounced tannins of this. For several decades, however, is produced in a "still" version.
