The origins of the site on which stands the Villa Cafaggio date from the sixth century, while the development of the estate is located in the fifteenth century, when the Benedictine monks of Siena began to cultivate grapes and olives. For nearly forty years Villa Cafaggio produces and distributes its wines in international markets and today is considered one of the best companies in the production of Chianti Classico and reserves. Cafaggio Villa is located in Panzano, in the "Conca d'oro" of the Chianti area classic, where the microclimate ideal as the altitude of 400 meters and predominantly south facing vineyards, define the best conditions for wine-growing development company.
