From the vineyard to the table

The farm Conti di Buscareto accounts for about 70 hectares of vineyards conducted directly with care and skill as a function of increasing winemaking in quantitative and qualitative terms selected.
Measured the activity of grape production and wine-making of a local and old winery, Conti di Buscareto began, some years ago, a major program of modernization of both the vineyard and the winery itself. The farm occurs also in the production of extra virgin olive oil as it has recently acquired several acres of olive groves in the town of Cartoceto, which is an area particularly appreciated and newly adorned d.o.p.
The aim of the farm Conti di Buscareto is to rediscover the old vines planted in Marche and to vinified them in a new and modern key, following the production and quality processes of the actual art of winemaking.

Lacrima Nera (black tear) is a red grape variety typical of the hills surrounding the small towns of Morro d'Alba, Belvedere Ostrense, Monte San Vito, Ostra, San Marcello and Senigallia (excluding the areas bordering the Adriatic Sea). The reason why this wine is called \"Lacrima\" is as follows: when the grape reach the maturation, its juice drips out like a tear (from Lat. lacrimosus).
